This is an unlimited youth fitness membership. It can only be used for one child and renews for the specified price each month. Mommy and Me and Sprouts classes (except for Sprouts Gymnastics and Sporty Sprouts) are included in this membership. This membership does NOT include access to any sports classes, gymnastics, or cheerleading.
