
Barre Flow (45 minutes): Barre Flow combines elements of yoga and barre to provide a highly effective low impact workout. Participants can expect the class to flow like vinyasa yoga with more movement. The class will focus on specific poses at the barre targeting various muscle groups, the core, and mental focus. It is a full body workout bridging the gap between barre and yoga.

High energy, structured, cardio based 50-minute workout combining elements of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness to provide a powerful and intense barre experience. This is a fun, unique experience designed to challenge participants for 50 minutes and deliver an impactful workout.

Senior Barre (45 minutes): Senior Barre focuses on providing our senior members with a low impact workout designed to improve balance, flexibility, core strength, and coordination. It is a high energy class designed to get senior PMF members moving using combined elements of Pilates, yoga, and dance at barre to deliver a truly productive and unique workout.

Prenatal/Postnatal Barre (45 minutes): Low impact workout formed with prenatal and postnatal women in mind. This class combines elements of dance, Pilates, and functional fitness at the barre to deliver a workout designed to help improve prenatal/postnatal coordination, flexibility, stamina, and balance. Class is structured but self-paced to allow women in any stage of motherhood to work confidently and comfortably in class.

Prenatal Balance ball/board (45 minutes): Low impact workout specifically designed for mom’s to be. This class allows expectant mothers to safely work on basic balance, stretching, and light flexibility moves, using balance balls and boards, to help as their bodies transition with pregnancy. Participants can expect to move comfortably at their own pace and in a supportive environment.

Prenatal Stretching (40 minutes): Bodies change during pregnancy, resulting in stiff, sore muscles, loss of flexibility and coordination, and lower stamina. This class was created to target those issues and give expectant mothers a chance to safely stretch to help alleviate distress and address some of the issues associated with pregnancy.

Prenatal Yoga (45 minutes) Yoga designed to give expectant moms a safe, effective workout and help mothers to be stay in shape for the delivery process. This workout is beneficial for mom and baby helping improve circulation, flexibility, balance, stamina, and muscle strength.

Mommy and Sprouts (45 minutes): This is an exploratory class providing a chance for mom and kiddo to interact and play together in a structured class setting. Games and activities are planned each class to stimulate little minds and improve motor skills. This is a fun class full of exploration, adventure, and learning for all participants.

Mommy and Me Yoga (45 minutes) is the perfect chance to interact with your little one while getting in a safe low impact workout. This form of yoga creates a fun, energetic, and collaborative environment between child and parent. It's a great way to allow little ones to develop muscle, flexibility, and balance, while giving moms a full workout. This is also a great opportunity to develop social interaction skills. Children must be at least 6 months of age to be in class.

Classic Fitboard (45 minutes): Class uses a Simply Fit fitboard and light hand weights to deliver a workout that targets all your major muscle groups and cardio needs. This fun and energetic style of fitness delivers massive results. Participants can expect a high-energy circuit type workout cued to music.

YogaFit (50 minutes): YogaFit incorporates the best of Fitboard and Yoga into a single workout. This class is designed to challenge participants balance and flexibility, as well as deliver a great cardio workout. Participants can expect to do a combination of yoga moves using fitboards.

Slack board Workout (50 minutes): Slack boards are a new form of balance boards designed to ramp up your cardio, challenge balance, and provide a well-rounded varied workout. This high energy class is great for anyone wanting a low impact, full body workout.

Power Board (45 minutes): This class is centered on balance and flexibility. Advanced fitboards target all major muscle groups as participants work to control the board and their body. This is a great class practice control and body awareness. It will target all major muscle groups providing a comprehensive workout.

Suspension Flow (50 minutes): Combines the best elements of suspension training and yoga into one class. Using suspension equipment, participants will perform a selected set of yoga poses to increase strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. This is a highly impactful workout guaranteed to deliver a challenging, unique experience.

Suspension Cardio (40 minutes): Class is all about getting your heart rate up and improving endurance! This class combines elements of suspension training with an intense cardio workout. Participants can expect a circuit structured class alternating between bursts of cardio skills and suspension movements.

Power Suspension (50 minutes): Basic suspension class targeting all major muscle groups to deliver an enhanced full body workout. Classes will help participants develop coordination, strength, core strength, balance, and flexibility. This is a versatile class suitable for all fitness levels.

Power Yoga (45 minutes) combines elements of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga to create a dynamic workout designed to challenge your balance and flexibility, as well as provide a great cardio workout. Movements are quick and fluid helping to build stability.

Yin Yoga (45 minutes) is a slower paced yoga practice designed to challenge balance, flexibility, and stability while providing a dynamic workout. It consists of a set of established and repetitive movements to provide an effective low-impact workout.

Morning Spin (45 minutes) is an energetic cycling class designed to get your heart rate up! This fun and challenging workout builds muscle, increases endurance, and improves cardiovascular fitness. The instructor led workout includes a series of exercises, including but not limited to, sprints, hills, standing positions, and resistance changes. This is a great workout for anyone wanting to build cardiovascular health.

Hip Hop Fit (45 minutes) is a fitness dance class that incorporates basic hip hop moves to provide a fun and energetic workout. The hip hop genre of dance target all major muscle groups and provides a great cardio workout. Class incorporates a choreographed set of dance moves to provide an organized and effective workout.

Family Dance (45 minutes) is a dance fitness class using organized basic dances to provide a great family workout. It is an experience designed to develop family bonding, have fun, and get everyone up and moving! Families can expect to learn new and old choreographed dances to specific music to provide a fun and engaging time.

Core Dance (30 minutes) is a fast-paced energetic dance fitness class that specifically targets the core using basic dance moves. Class is fun and uses choregraphed dance moves to provide a solid core and cardiovascular workout.

Dad and Sprouts (45 minutes): This class is full of adventure for participants and quality play time with dad! Classes revolve around a theme each week and are designed to engage little ones in basic activities to improve motor skills, balance, flexibility, and coordination.

Tiny Tumblers: Preschool recreational gymnastics class teaching young learners the fundamentals of gymnastics on bars, beam, floor, and vault. Participants will have fun working on equipment and learn basic skills and safety needed to advance in gymnastics. This class is designed to enhance balance, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in preschoolers. Class Caps at 8 participants.

Mini Athletes: This is a foundational class designed to teach preschoolers the basics of sports, stretching, balance, and flexibility. Different types of sports will be introduced each week to help develop basic skills in throwing, dribbling, kicking, hitting, etc. The class will also teach young learners about stretching and age necessary sport safety. Participants can expect to learn about a variety of sports and have fun!

Barre Flex (45 minutes) is a high-intensity, low impact barre class combining elements of ballet, Pilates, cardio, and intense stretching set to upbeat music. Class uses repetition of small, controlled movements to build leg, core, glute, and overall body strength while improving flexibility.

Tiny Lotus Dance: Get ready to move! This is a fun, interactive class developed to get your preschooler moving and learn a little bit about various types of dances. A new form of dance will be presented in every other class to expose participants to variety. Students will also work on developing listening skills through songs and structured dances.

Tiny Lotus Yoga: A class developed to let your little one Zen out and learn the basics of yoga. It will give preschoolers a chance to build mental focus, as well as physical strength and coordination by learning basic yoga poses.

Tiny Lotus Cheer: A cheer squad for our preschoolers! Tiny Lotus Cheer is a preschool cheer squad designed to introduce preschoolers to the basics of cheerleading, including but not limited to, tumbling, motions, chants, routines, and performance opportunities. Participants will learn about crowd involvement, cheer safety, communication, and sideline cheer. This is a great way to engage young cheerleaders in a fun activity and help them build friendships. Cheer squads do include a different enrollment fee due to performance opportunities. Please review cheerleading guidelines, expectations, and fees before enrolling.

Beginner Buds Gymnastics (50-minute Class) (AGES: 6 and up.) This class is for any child wanting to learn basic recreational gymnastics skills. Participants will learn foundational skills on bars, beam, vault, and floor. All participants will have a specific set of benchmarks to learn and master to advance from this level. No prior skills are required to take beginner gymnastics. Assessment sheets and progress reports will be given each session to show measurable outcomes to participants and guardians.

Lotus Dance (50 minutes) (AGES 6 and up): Is a youth fitness class using dance to get participants moving in a fun and engaging way. Participants are guaranteed to sweat, learn a few dance moves, and have a blast in this interactive class. Different genres of dance will be taught each session.

Lotus Yoga (50 minutes) (AGES 6 and up): A yoga class designed for youth. This is a beginner yoga class for kids to learn and explore the fundamentals of yoga. Yoga classes are developed to give participants an opportunity to develop mental focus, self-awareness, and fitness skills. Various genres of Yoga will be explored but the class will predominately focus on Hatha yoga for budding yogis.

Sports Fitness I (1 hour) (AGES: 6 and up): This is the beginner class for our coveted sports fitness program. Participants will have the opportunity to begin working on basic, and age-appropriate conditioning and strength training skills. The class is designed to help budding athletes gain some of the balance, flexibility, strength, and coordination they need to engage in youth sports.

Little Ballers (1 hour) (AGES: 1st grade and up) Beginner basketball class designed to teach participants basic basketball skills including ball handling, dribbling, foot work, shooting technique, and endurance. This is a great developmental class for any young athlete looking to learn the game of basketball. No experience is necessary.

Little Lotus Cheer (1 hour): This is a cheer squad designed for grade school aged youth interested in cheerleading. Participants may be of varying ages and are placed on cheer squads based on experience. This is our beginner squad. Participants will learn basic cheers and chants, tumbling, stunts, routines, crowd interaction, communication, and performance. Participants will have opportunities to perform within the community and be exposed to sidelines and competition style cheer. The fees and requirements of squad are slightly different than other PMF youth classes due to the performance obligations. Please review cheerleading expectations, fees, and guidelines before enrolling.

Lotus 1 gymnastics (1 hour): Intermediate level gymnastics class. Participants must be able to effectively demonstrate beginner level skills on bars, beam, vault, and floor as defined on the “PMF Gymnastics Skills” document to advance to this level. Lotus 1 Participants can expect to work on learning new skills including connective tumbling, building skill technique, refining movements, and precision. This is a comprehensive intermediate program designed to allow gymnasts to develop their recreational skills and have fun.
Please note: PMF gymnastics classes for all ages sans Sprouts is setup on an "Event Series" schedule. This means you do NOT have to re-enroll for the class each month. You enroll in the event series which lasts for 4 months (the duration of a session). A payment plan is setup, so you do not have to pay the full amount upfront.

Lotus 2 Gymnastics (1 hour): Advanced level gymnastics class. Participants must be able to effectively demonstrate intermediate level skills on bars, beam, vault, and floor as defined on the “PMF Gymnastics Skills” document to advanced to this level. Lotus 2 gymnastics works on building each participants skills at their own pace to help them further excel on bars, beam, vault, and floor. Gymnasts will learn a variety of acrobatic elements while focusing on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination necessary to execute harder skills.

Lotus Power Tumbling (1 hour): Class focuses on developing skill strength, flexibility, and precision to help athletes progress and effectively execute their tumbling. This class is appropriate for anyone wanting to advance their tumbling and connective skills. Enrolled Participants must be able to demonstrate a technically sound cartwheel and cartwheel tuck jump to participate in this class. This is a mixed-level class with participants at intermediate and advanced levels working at their own pace to excel.

Sports Fitness II (1 hour) (AGE: 10 and up): High energy class focusing on developing balance, strength, flexibility, coordination, and endurance to progress in sports. This class is suitable for any young athlete wanting to enhance their conditioning and strength. Athletes will be exposed to a variety of workouts and strength training exercises.

Weights (50 minutes) (Ages 12 and up): Weights class is designed to teach participants proper and safe lifting techniques and weight room safety/etiquette. Participants can expect to lift weights appropriate for their age, learn about a variety of equipment and proper use, and engage in workouts. Weights classes will provide participants with knowledge of weight stations and proper lifting techniques as well as weight room safety. Weight classes maintain a 1:8 ratio with a single instructor supervising and instructing 8 participants at a time. Due to the smaller class sizes participants get one-on-one attention and learn how to function in a weight room setting safely for their age.

Junior Ballers (1 hour) (AGE: Middle School and up): Class is designed for basketball players or enthusiasts at an intermediate level of play. Participants will work on improving basketball skills, including but not limited to, foot work, hand-eye coordination, dribbling, shooting, passing, plyometrics and more. Class will also include conditioning and strength training necessary for the sport.

Ballers (1 hour) (AGE SUGGESTION: Based on level of skill): Advanced basketball class designed for players wanting to continue working on improving performance and basketball skills. This class will focus on skill progression, fitness training, speed/agility required for basketball, strength, and conditioning. Class is suitable for basketball players and anyone with a more advanced knowledge of basketball.

Speed and Agility (45 minutes) (AGE: 3rd Grade and up): High energy class working specifically on improving speed and agility. The class will include workouts, games, and activities to help participants develop their athletic performance. This class is suitable for anyone wanting to build skills, gain stamina, improve athletic performance or fitness level.

Participants will learn cheers and chants, tumbling, stunts, routines, crowd interaction, communication, routines, and performance skills. Sporty Sprouts (40 minutes) (REQUIRED AGE: 15 months-2 years): Introductory sports class designed to teach toddlers a basic understanding of sports. Planned games and activities will introduce Sporty Sprouts participants to throwing, catching, kicking, dribbling, and so much more! This is a chance for them to learn on equipment suited for young children and develop the balance, flexibility, and coordination needed for sports later in life.

Sprouts Gymnastics (40 minutes) (REQUIRED AGE: 15 months-2 years): Developmental gymnastics class designed to improve balance, flexibility, and coordination, as well as safely introducing equipment and foundational skills to participants. This is a structured class with planned activities on age-appropriate equipment.

Prenatal/Postnatal Gym (40 minutes): Prenatal/Postnatal Gym is a diverse class that allows mom to engage in low impact, beneficial workouts. Participants can expect to learn to use different equipment safely to help improve functional fitness during pregnancy and after birth. Classes offer modifications to help moms at all stages of pregnancy.

Rhythmic Spin (45 minutes): Rhythmic Spin is a spin class that feels more like a dance party! It is a music driven indoor cycling workout that focuses on synchronizing cycling and movement to the beat of music. Workouts are high energy, music centric, and include choreography.

Lotus Yoga (50 minutes): Designed with the lotus pose in mind, Lotus Yoga is unique to Purely Moore Fitness. This form of yoga focuses on flexibility, balance, and connective breathing. This meditative form of yoga is a slow, energy infused form using a series of coordinated poses to engage clients. Clients can expect a bright environment, use of props, and a holistic yoga approach.

Basic Board (45 minutes): Basic Board is a great introductory class for anyone unfamiliar with balance boards. This low impact, full body workout uses a simple circular balance board to help participants develop balance, coordination, strength, and cardio endurance.

Spin Fusion (45 minutes): Spin Fusion is a form of spin that incorporates other elements of fitness with spin class. Classes can often include elements of kickboxing, strength training, suspension training, weights, dance, and more fused with spin. Clients can expect to spend the bulk of class on the spin bike, with some intervals incorporating other equipment. To keep workouts fresh, the instructor will alternate some of the fused elements of the class to provide a truly unique, energetic, and varied experience for clients. This is a fun, high energy class.

Functional Suspension (45 minutes): Functional Suspension is a class designed to improve functional fitness by focusing on everyday movements improving balance and flexibility, while using suspension bands. This is a great class for anyone wanting to build strength, improve mobility, posture, endurance, and enhance overall fitness and well-being. This is a great class for anyone at any skill or fitness level.

Aerobic Dance (45 minutes): A form of aerobic exercise that provides dance movements with music for a great cardio workout. This is a great class for individuals of all skill levels wanting to engage in a fun fitness class and achieve a solid workout.

Chair Yoga (45 minutes): This is an excellent form of yoga for anyone wanting to practice yoga but unable to stand for long periods of time. This gentle form of yoga clients to improve flexibility, balance, and coordination, as well as build strength. Participants do a modified, seated form of yoga.

Track Prep (1 hour) (Age Requirement: 6th grade and up): This class is designed for any participant wanting to learn about track. Participants will work on conditioning, technique, form, and basic drills to enhance skills. This is a great for anyone wanting to learn or improve track performance.

Track Conditioning (45 minutes) (6th grade and up): Class is designed to work specifically on the strength and conditioning athletes need for track and cross country. Participants can expect to work on proper breathing, running mechanics, strength training, coordination, and endurance. Speed and agility drills are also a large focus during class.
