Phase 1: Intentional movement (45-minutes): Targeted strength/mobility based on the workshop theme.
Phase 2: Nervous system Reset (15-minutes): Breathwork, grounding, guided stillness.
Phase 3: Guided Reflection (15-20 minutes): Uses simple, low-pressure prompts designed to deepen awareness and restore balance.
