Lotus Athletic Camp

Refine. Strengthen. Elevate. Camp includes a 20-minute dynamic warm-up and games, 45-minute skill block 1, 15-minute snack break, 45-minute strength & conditioning, 30-minute skill block 2, 20-minute team challenge, and a 10-minute cool down and confidence reflection.

Skill blocks are a block of time set for teams to work on fitness skills. Coaches can opt for their teams to do a balance board workout, yoga, suspension, spin, barre, or weights. Coaches get to picks.

Lotus Athletic camps are suitable for teams but can also be scheduled by PMF staff with specific sports focus to help athletes who want to work on skill progression. Staff hosted camps will be listed as PMF sports specific. Camps for teams can be scheduled by the coach. Contact the studio for details and availability. This package is valid for 1 individual.
