
Refine. Strengthen. Elevate. Camp specifically focuses on gymnastics and tumbling development. Let your budding gymnast work towards their goals in a fun, energetic, and skill building environment. Camp includes a 20-minute dynamic warm-up complete with tumbling and shaping drills, 45-minute tumbling training, 15-minute snack break, 45-minute event training (bars, beam, or vault), 30-minute conditioning and fundamentals, a 15-minute group challenge, and a 15-minute cool down and confidence reflection session.
Enrolled gymnasts will be divided by skill level. Ages 5 and up can enroll.
All Instructors are USAG Certified, experienced, and CPR/First Aid certified and trained
