Step Slackboard (45 minutes): Class combines the best of Slackboard and step aerobics into one class. This unique form of fitness allows you to challenge your balance, coordination, and flexibility while getting in a great cardio workout. It is a high energy, low impact workout perfect for anyone who loves slackboard or wants to try something new.
