Playtime with Lotus: (15-minute) The chance to hang out with everyone’s favorite rabbit. Our Energy and Wellness Ambassador is excited to meet you. This interactive experience lets you have some special one-on-one time with Lotus. All rules must be followed and a separate waiver signed.

 Members: $5.00 per member

Non-members: $10.00 per person

Lotus Storytime: (30-minute) There is truly something special about getting to sit down and read with a pet. Lotus joins an interactive story time designed to get your child moving while also stimulating their mind. Events occasionally include music and games depending on story. Participants are encouraged to bring their own stuffie or comfortable blanket to enjoy the fun.

Non-members: $5.00 per person

Lotus Art Challenge: Take a little time to color a Lotus picture! PMF provides you with all the supplies you need to make a great Lotus piece of art. You are welcome to leave it at the studio to have hung up (and decorate Lotus’ wall) or you can take it home to remember your experience. This activity is open Fridays from 9AM-11AM. This is a come and go activity and should be registered for in studio.

Non-members: $5.00 per person

Zen Time: Fitness is great, but we all need a “slow-down.” This 30-minute experience is made to let you rest, reflect, and relieve stress. For the duration of the event participants will get the chance to practice meditative breathing, journaling, or therapeutic art depending on the class date. A great chance to work at your own pace while relaxing and freeing the mind from daily stressors. Lotus does join the class to infuse a little energy and inspiration into the session.
