Family Lotus Launch Event: Strong Roots (Fitness Challenge)
This event is divided into four stations: Family-based movement circuit, Rise and Refine, calm center reset, and the Lotus Vision Wall. Each section includes a different series of events designed to allow families to build memories and strengthen their bodies and mind. Grow together through fitness by trying this fun interactive event.

Balance Clinic (1 Hour):
Clinic designed to challenge your balance and flexibility and give participants the chance to explore our various balance boards and classes.

Family Fitness Event (1 hour)
Grow Together. Our family fitness event is centered on pulling family together to embark on a fitness journey together! Build strength side-by-side and make unforgettable memories. Includes a warmup, partner strength circuits, team balance challenge, mini family relay, and a cool down.

Family Reset (1 hour)
Strong Bodies and Calm Minds. The event includes a yoga warm-up, partner stretching, team balance drills, and a reflective gratitude prompt.

Adult Wellness Workshop (90-minute)
Move. Reset. Reflect. This is a focused, small-group wellness experience designed to improve strength, mobility, and overall balance. Ideal for adults seeking deeper education and guided progression beyond regular classes. Participants leave with improved body awareness, practical tools to support long-term resilience, and techniques to help stimulate thoughtful reflection and release tension.
Phase 1 – Intentional Movement (45 minutes)
Targeted strength/mobility based on the workshop theme.
Phase 2 – Nervous System Reset (15 minutes)
Breathwork, grounding, guided stillness.
Phase 3 – Guided Reflection (15–20 minutes)
Uses simple, low-pressure prompts designed to deepen awareness and restore balance
