PACKAGES
Package 1: Active Play Party
$150 | Up to 12 Children | 1 Hour
Perfect for families who want a sports-themed celebration with structured play in an exciting gym setting.
What’s Included:
✔ 1 hour access to designated equipment based on chosen party theme
✔ Choice of sports theme (see options below)
✔ Up to 12 participating children (including the birthday child)
✔ 2 Purely Moore Fitness staff members onsite
✔ Structured play time (staff monitor for safety — no formal instruction provided)
✔ One designated party table for personal items
✔ Special birthday treat for the birthday child
✔ Treat bags for all participating children included in the guest count
Additional participants: $10 per child
Note: This package includes supervised structured play. If you would like a fully instructor-led class experience, please inquire about our upgraded party options.
Food & Facility Guidelines:
• No outside food or drinks permitted
• All food and beverages must remain in the designated party area
• Adults are NOT permitted on any gymnastics or fitness equipment
• All participants must have a signed liability waiver prior to participation
• Shoes are NOT allowed on gymnastics equipment
• All facility safety rules and expectations must be followed

Perfect for families who want a structured, high-energy class experience led by a Purely Moore Fitness instructor.
This package includes all elements of Package 1, plus a customized instructor-led class designed specifically for the birthday celebration.

✔ 45-minute instructor-led class customized for the party
✔ Instructor creates class plan based on chosen sports theme
✔ 15 minutes of supervised unstructured play
✔ Necessary staff onsite to maintain a safe client-to-instructor ratio
✔ 1 hour access to designated equipment based on selected theme
✔ Choice of sports theme
✔ Up to 12 participating children (including the birthday child)
✔ Bottled water for participating children
✔ Cookies provided for party guests
✔ Special birthday treat for the birthday child
✔ Treat bags for participating children included in the guest count
Additional participants: $10 per child

• Bottled water and cookies are provided
• No outside food or drinks permitted
• All food and beverages must remain in the designated area set by staff

The ultimate Purely Moore Fitness birthday experience — fully hosted, fully decorated, and completely stress-free for parents.
This package includes all elements of Package 2, plus extended celebration time and full party setup.
What’s Included:
✔ 45-minute instructor-led class customized for the party
✔ Instructor creates class plan based on chosen sports theme
✔ 15 minutes of supervised unstructured play
✔ 30 minutes of dedicated party time
✔ Necessary staff onsite to maintain a safe client-to-instructor ratio
✔ 1 hour 30 minutes total facility time
✔ Choice of sports theme
✔ Up to 12 participating children (including the birthday child)
✔ Birthday cake provided by Purely Moore Fitness
✔ Choice of bottled water or Gatorade for guests
✔ One snack tray included (additional trays: $20 each)

The Lotus Special Birthday Experience

Celebrate your child’s special day with our beloved studio bunny, Lotus!
This exclusive rabbit-themed party centers around everyone’s favorite furry friend and creates a one-of-a-kind birthday memory your child will never forget.
Meet Lotus – Our Studio Bunny
Lotus is our beloved Holland Lop bunny and the official Purely Moore Fitness mascot!
He joined our PMF family in September 2025 and will celebrate his first birthday in April 2026. Lotus is truly a fitness bunny at heart and loves being part of our active, energetic community.
Pricing
Members: $250
Non-Members: $300
Up to 12 participating children (including the birthday child)
Additional participants: $10 per child
Total Party Time: 1 Hour 30 Minutes

Lotus Interaction Guidelines
For the safety of both children and Lotus, the following rules are strictly enforced:
• A separate Lotus interaction waiver must be signed
• Lotus play rules must be reviewed and agreed upon prior to interaction
• Lotus handling and interaction will be supervised by staff at all times
• Only the birthday child receives designated one-on-one time with Lotus
• Children are required to wash their hands before and after interacting with Lotus
A Few Fun Facts About Lotus
• He loves when hay is stuffed inside a paper towel roll — it’s one of his favorite enrichment activities
• He enjoys playing with his ball
• His blanket and tunnel are two of his most prized possessions
• He sometimes gets a case of the “zoomies” and runs laps around his cage — he’s ever the fitness bunny!
• He is very organized and prefers his space neat and tidy (he does not like it when anyone rearranges his cage!)
Lotus’ Favorite Foods: Hay (his daily staple), blackberries, blueberries, apples, and carrots!
PARTY THEMES:
Choose Your Party Theme
Families select one sports theme for their event. Access will be limited to equipment designated for that theme.
Available themes include:
• Gymnastics
• Cheerleading
• Basketball
• Weights (age-appropriate)
• Tennis
• Track & Speed Training
• Movement & Balance (ideal for preschool ages)

DETAILS
Scheduling
• Parties are held on Saturdays after 4:00 PM
• Parties are held on Sundays (client selects preferred time)

Safety & Facility Policies
To ensure a safe and positive experience, the following policies are strictly enforced:
• Adults are NOT permitted on any gymnastics or fitness equipment
• All participants must have a signed liability waiver prior to participation
• Shoes are NOT allowed on gymnastics equipment
• Only equipment included in the selected party theme may be used
• It is prohibited for any participant to use equipment outside of the designated party area
• No food or drinks permitted inside the facility.
Cleaning & Facility Care
Purely Moore Fitness staff will clean the facility after your event.
However:
• Excessive trash, spills, or mess beyond normal party use will result in a $20.00 per hour cleaning fee
• Cleaning fees will be charged for any additional time required beyond standard cleanup.
Damage Policy:
• The booking client is responsible for any damages to equipment, decorations, or facility property that occur during the party
• Costs for repair or replacement will be charged to the client
Waivers & Safety:
• All participating children must have a signed liability waiver prior to participation
• Additional waivers are required for Lotus interaction parties
• All facility rules and safety policies must be followed at all times.
Please note: Failure to follow PMF Party rules and guidelines (picked up at studio or found online) will result in guests being asked to leave without a refund. Please respect the facility, equipment, staff, and our studio rabbit.
Food & Beverage Policy:
• No outside food or drinks permitted. This is a fitness and sports facility. Food and drinks can damage equipment and cause messes. If your party plan includes food and drink provided by PMF we have a designated area for it. Failure to follow this rule will result in additional fees being charged and potential for the party to be cancelled.
• Food and beverages provided by the selected package must always remain in designated party areas.

A party date is not secured until the required deposit has been received.
Purchase your party package first or stop by the studio to pay deposit and reserve party date.
Deposit or full purchased party package required to reserve a date.
Deposit & Payment Policy:
• A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking
• The remaining birthday party balance is due the Wednesday prior to the scheduled party before PMF closes
• Purely Moore Fitness closes at 8:00 PM on Wednesdays
• Full payment must be received before the party takes place
• Additional guest fees and add-ons will be charged accordingly
Failure to submit the final payment by Wednesday at 8:00 PM will result in cancellation of the event.
