Rebecca
Hi, I’m Rebecca! My love for movement started early—at just eighteen months old in my first gymnastics class. From there, I was hooked. Gymnastics quickly became my world, and by age five I’d fallen in love with cheerleading too. Over the years, I’ve been part of recreational, club, and high school teams—both all-girl and coed—and now I’m proud to bring more than eighteen years of combined experience as both an athlete and coach to every class I teach.
I’ve always been passionate about helping others build confidence, strength, and pride in what their bodies can do. One of my favorite parts of coaching is that “aha” moment when a new skill finally clicks—the look of excitement and accomplishment on an athlete’s face never gets old. I especially love stunting and helping my athletes push past their limits to see what they’re truly capable of.
As a new-again mom of four, I’ve also expanded my focus to include prenatal and postpartum fitness, supporting parents in reconnecting with their bodies and confidence through movement. I know firsthand how important it is to carve out that time for yourself, and I love creating safe, encouraging spaces where self-care and strength go hand in hand.
In addition to coaching, I’m certified through USA Cheer, USA Gymnastics, Oh Baby Fitness as a Pre / Postnatal Exercise Specialist. I’m also proud to serve on the Family Advisory Council, contributing to the Women’s and Maternal Board, where I help advocate for families and positive maternal health experiences in our community.
When I’m not in the gym, you can usually find me with my family, crafting, baking, or capturing the everyday moments that make life sweet. My favorite colors are steel blue and light mauve—soft, calm, and strong, just like the energy I hope to bring into every class.
