Hi, I am Hannah Mosher. I have been passionate about movement and fitness for most of my life. Originally from Massachusetts, I began dancing at the age of three and joined a competitive dance team by eleven. Over the next six years, I competed across New England in jazz and tap before graduating from my studio, and high school, at sixteen. I have extensive training in jazz, tap, ballet, and pointe, along with experience in lyrical, contemporary, modern, and hip-hop styles.
After several years of teaching at local studios, I transitioned my love of movement into fitness instruction. I hold a PiYo certification and have completed Spin as well as NASM personal training coursework. With over thirteen years of experience in the fitness industry, I also developed my own signature fitness program, Elasticize.
When I am not leading fitness classes, I am pursuing two college degrees - a B.S. in Psychology and a B.S. in Worship Studies - while also teaching tap, choreographing for local productions, and serving as the Worship Director at my church.
I live in Hesston with my husband, two young children, two dogs, a giant bunny, a turkey, and twenty-two chickens. A true food enthusiast, I love cooking and baking from scratch—especially homemade pasta and sourdough bread—and discovering new restaurants.
