SPIN

Spin is more than a class; It is a way to build a community. Spin classes are known for being energetic, fun, and a great way for participants to gain a support system. Our highly motivated staff are here to take your spin experience to the next level. Purely Moore Fitness offers three different types of engaging spin classes designed to provide clients with full body workouts. Spin at PMF moves beyond the basic spin class and infuses each lesson with energy to get you moving and motivated. Spin Classes are between 30-45 minutes depending on the class and type of spin. Our small class sizes ensure everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and receives extra support and motivation during each class. Maximum number of participants in each class is 6.

CLASSES

  • Morning Spin (45 minutes): This energizing class is a great way to start your morning and get your heart pumping. This fun and challenging workout builds muscle, increases endurance, and improves cardiovascular fitness. The instructor led workout includes a series of exercises, including but not limited to, sprints, hills, standing positions, and resistance changes. This is a great workout for anyone wanting to build cardiovascular health.

  • Spin Fusion (45 minutes): Spin Fusion is a form of spin that incorporates other elements of fitness with spin class. Classes can often include elements of kickboxing, strength training, suspension training, weights, dance, and more fused with spin. Clients can expect to spend the bulk of class on the spin bike, with some intervals incorporating other equipment. To keep workouts fresh, the instructor will alternate some of the fused elements of the class to provide a truly unique, energetic, and varied experience for clients. This is a fun, high energy class.

  • Rhythmic Spin (45 minutes): Rhythmic Spin is a spin class that feels more like a dance party! It is a music driven indoor cycling workout that focuses on synchronizing cycling and movement to the beat of music. Workouts are high energy, music centric, and include choreography.

  • HITT Spin (30 minutes): HITT Spin is exactly the what you are thinking--it is a spin class that includes high intensity interval training on a spin bike with short bursts of maximum effort, followed by periods of recovery. This is a fast-paced, time efficient workout designed to provide maximum results in a short time frame.

PRICING

Purely Moore Fitness offers several pricing options to give clients the most tailored and convenient experience possible.

  • Drop-in fee for a class is $15.00--single, one-time class.

  • Packages are available for anyone preferring to buy "credits" instead of committing to a monthly membership. You essentially buy a class in bulk. One Class = One Credit.

  • Memberships are available for those who want to fully commit to classes each week. Membership plans offer extra incentives for clients. They also provide discounts for multiple classes and family plans.
