POP-UP FITNESS

Purely Moore Fitness is all about offering unique and diverse fitness options. As a facility we like to explore new fitness just like you! Pop-up fitness is perfect for the person who gets bored with a workout or who likes to change up the experience. The fitness genres change every session, so the workouts are always changing. This session we are offering core and aerobic centered pop-up classes. The maximum enrollment for the classes is 6 to 8 depending on the class.

CLASSES:

  • Lotus Pilates:(45-minutes) is a class designed to sculpt your body, strengthen the core, enhance overall muscular strength, increase flexibility, and improve posture. It provides a low impact, full body workout. Class often elevates the workout by fusing Pilates with other forms of fitness including, yoga, boards, barre, and basic strength training.

  • Rebounder Fitness (45-minutes): Enjoy a high-energy, low impact workout that combines cardio, strength training, balance & flexibility work, core training, and lymphatic stimulation using a mini trampoline. This is a full body workout designed to be fun, interactive, and provide great results! Suitable for all fitness levels.

  • Lotus Restorative Yoga (45 minutes): This class is designed to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and improve well-being. Restorative Yoga is slow paced and helps improve flexibility and balance. Clients can expect to hold poses for longer durations to allow muscles to relax. True to our form of fitness, Lotus Restorative fuses form of fitness to keep clients engaged in the process.

  • Balance and Flexibility (45 minutes): Sometimes we just need to stretch! This class is designed to increase flexibility and balance through a series of stretches and balance holds. It is slow-paced but engaging to give clients the chance to really improve flexibility and range of motion. Participants will learn stretching strategies and moves to help them continue good stretching practices.

  • Lotus Yoga (45 minutes): Designed with the lotus pose in mind, Lotus Yoga is unique to Purely Moore Fitness. This form of yoga focuses on flexibility, balance, and connective breathing. This meditative form of yoga is a slow, energy infused form using a series of coordinated poses to engage clients. Clients can expect a bright environment, use of props, and a holistic yoga approach.

  • Mommy & Me Fitness: (45 minutes) Bring your little one and engage in a truly fun and effective workout your baby can join! The goal of this class is to let mom and baby bond while moving. This high energy workout is perfect for moms who love fitness but don't want to leave their little one behind. Class fuses different forms of fitness and is safe for mom and baby. All instructors teaching this class are certified in prenatal and postnatal fitness.

STICKING AROUND FROM LAST SESSION:

  • Core Cardio:(30 minutes): This is a 30-minute class that blends core and cardio work to deliver a compact and effective workout. It includes intense core training infused with high cardio movements delivering effective results. This is a fun, energetic class, great for anyone who loves targeting their core and cardio training.

  • Slackboard Yoga (45 minutes): Slackboard and yoga merge to create an innovative, fun, and highly effective workout. This new style of yoga helps improve balance, flexibility, and strength training. Class is suitable for all slackboard and yoga skill levels.

  • Adult Tumbling & Conditioning (45 minutes): Class uses gymnastics strength training and conditioning techniques to help improve balance, flexibility, endurance, and strength. Participants can expect to engage in different forms of conditioning while also learning basic tumbling skills. This is an ADULT only class.

  • Slackboard Step (45 minutes): Class combines the best of Slackboard and step aerobics into one class. This unique form of fitness allows you to challenge your balance, coordination, and flexibility while getting in a great cardio workout. It is a high energy, low impact workout perfect for anyone who loves Slackboard or wants to try something new.

  • Core Cardio (30 minutes): This is a 30-minute class that blends core and cardio work to deliver a compact and effective workout. It includes intense core training infused with high cardio movements delivering effective results. This is a fun, energetic class, great for anyone who loves targeting their core and cardio training.

  • Core Fitboard (45 minutes): The best of Fitboard core work fused into one class. Fitboards naturally build balance, core stability, and endurance. This class uses Fitboards to enhance your core training and deliver an effective workout. A fun, high energy workout you won’t get bored with and guaranteed to challenge your core strength.

     

POP-UP FITNESS

Purely Moore Fitness is all about offering unique and diverse fitness options. As a facility we like to explore new fitness just like you! Pop-up fitness is perfect for the person who gets bored with a workout or who likes to change up the experience. The fitness genres change every session, so the workouts are always changing. Pop-Up fitness is exploratory fitness and for our first session we are offering Dance Fitness classes as our Pop-Up option. Tryout the classes and if Dance Fitness sticks, maybe we will keep it! Classes are offered for adults and children. Maximum class enrollment is 8.

CLASSES

  • Hip Hop Fit (45 minutes): Is a fitness dance class that incorporates basic hip hop moves to provide a fun and energetic workout. The hip hop genre of dance target all major muscle groups and provides a great cardio workout. Class incorporates a choreographed set of dance moves to provide an organized and effective workout.

  • Core Cardio (30-minutes): A fun, energetic, compact workout designed to get your heart rate up and blast those abs! It involves a fast-paced training style merging cardiovascular exercises with movements specifically targeting the abdominal and back muscles.

  • Aerobic Dance (45 minutes): A form of aerobic exercise that provides dance movements with music for a great cardio workout. This is a great class for individuals of all skill levels wanting to engage in a fun fitness class and achieve a solid workout.

  • Family Dance (45 minutes): Is a dance fitness class using organized basic dances to provide a great family workout. It is an experience designed to develop family bonding, have fun, and get everyone up and moving! Families can expect to learn new and old choreographed dances to specific music to provide a fun and engaging time.

  • Lotus Dance--YOUTH (50 minutes) (AGES 6 and up): Is a youth fitness class using dance to get participants moving in a fun and engaging way. Participants are guaranteed to sweat, learn a few dance moves, and have a blast in this interactive class. Different genres of dance will be taught each session.

  • Tiny Lotus Dance (45 minutes) (Preschool): Get ready to move! This is a fun, interactive class developed to get your preschooler moving and learn a little bit about various types of dances. A new form of dance will be presented in every other class to expose participants to variety. Students will also work on developing listening skills through songs and structured dances.

PRICING

Purely Moore Fitness offers several pricing options to give clients the most tailored and convenient experience possible.

The main offerings page will allow you to purchase a single class if you desire. You can also always stop by the studio to enroll if you prefer.

  • Drop-in fee for a class is $15.00--single, one-time class.

  • Packages are available for anyone preferring to buy "credits" instead of committing to a monthly membership. You essentially buy a class in bulk. One Class = One Credit.

  • Memberships are available for those who want to fully commit to classes each week. Membership plans offer extra incentives for clients. They also provide discounts for multiple classes and family plans.
