BARRE
Barre workouts offer a unique combination of dance, strength training, flexibility, and low impact cardio. Classes are ideal for anyone wanting to improve posture, increase flexibility, and enhance balance and coordination. Like many of our workouts at PMF, barre classes also help build essential core strength. At PMF we have taken Barre to the next level, offering an array of classes that combine other fitness disciplines. We also have tailored Barre classes to meet the needs of everyone, including senior and prenatal/postnatal women. Do not miss out on these fun, effective workouts! At PMF our maximum enrollment number for Barre Classes is 8.
