Goat Yoga: Slow Flow Style (45 minutes) is our slow flow yoga class offered with a fun twist, GOATS! Experience slow flow yoga with a few furry friends. Goat yoga is a light-hearted, therapeutic trend that includes friendly baby goats interacting with clients.

Members receive Lotus Rewards for attending.
